PayEXIT: Fans have their say about Dimi's future

By far the most interesting business of the January transfer window has been the Dimitri Payet controversy at West Ham. Although some observers have expressed sympathy for the want-away Frenchman, the vast majority have condemned his behaviour as unacceptable and even 'disgusting'.

Meanwhile, the team have found an extra gear and do not seem to be missing their 'talisman' one bit as they are now charging up the table with a new found resolve! Currently in tenth position, West Ham can afford to take a longer term view of things as another ten points would see them well clear of any relegation worries.

So far, most fans feel that Slaven Bilic and the board have managed the whole affair as best as is possible, but with just over a week left in the January transfer window, the pressure is mounting for a solution to what is essentially a £30 million dilemma.

The options range from holding him to his contract and making an example of him to rolling over and taking Marseilles knocked-down offer. What do YOU think the Hammers should do? Why not have your say in our fans' poll - see top right to vote.
