Bilic Gives Vote of Confidence

West ham boss Slaven Bilic has been speaking about new recruit Simone Zaza and his exploits in traing since arriving from Juventus.

Hammers fans who are hoping to get a look at what Zaza can offer were given a boost ahead of next week's Watford game as Bilic voiced his high expectations of Zaza and his excitement at the Italian hitman's 'wildness'!

As such, it is evident who Superslav has voted for in the VERYWESTHAM poll to name our preferred main striker, but who do you think is our main hitman? Why not cast your vote in our poll (top right)?

  1. Give Zaza a go carrolls a good impact player coming off the bench but in all honesty anyone but calleri!

  2. Tevez wasn't that great for the first 9 games he played ... but came good. We got rid of Mascherano because he looked poor for a few games ... I seem to recall he did ok!

  3. I wish some fans will slow down...calleri hasn't had a pre season alongside zaza and a few other new players.it wouldn't surprise me if most of em can barely speak a word of English so why some fans jus expect these guys to put a pair of boots on and be world super stars..some of em haven't even un packed there suit case yet...calm down. The premier is played at 100 miles per hour to other countries. .give em a chance ffs

  4. Once fit all of our strikers are more than capable of doing a job, admittedly Calleri looks a bit off the pace and short of confidence at the moment but as someone rightly said he hasn't had a pre-season, just flashes off the bench for Argentina. My biggest hope is that if and I mean if, if Sakho has actually worked on his attitude and has done everything asked of him in terms of apologising to his team-mates, the coaching staff etc and they have see a dramatic improvement that Bilic doesn't play stubborn as SAkho is worthy of hiis place when he's fit and his heads right. What I do know 100% is that it's nice to have these options and problems of accommodating strikers, especially when you consider how thin we were last year. Also wise to consider there's a HUGE possibility Valencia will be back at the end of the season. I've never wanted anyone to score 15 goals as much as I'd like to see him do it this season. Let that £14.5m roll in. #COYI
